As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety, fairness, and enjoyment of our soccer club, we have several important forms and waivers that must be completed in order to participate in our club. These forms are not only a crucial part of our club’s compliance process, but they also help to facilitate the smooth running of NWI Eagles FC. Once completed, club documents can be submitted electronically to info@nwieaglesfc.com, or handed directly to one of our club managers. Pre-registration information

This program will focus specifically on male players. Participants who join the program are provided with training sessions which combine football coaching along with a program to play against other teams. The program is offered and delivered by qualified football coaches with years of experience. These coaches are responsible for the trial process, session delivery, and management of each team during matches.

If you are interested in trying out for our club, please start by filling out the pre-registration form below. Accepted players will receive an email or phone call, from a team coach, with the next steps to becoming a member of NWI Eagles FC. For any additional questions, please call us or send an email. Players who are invited to join the team, will receive a password from one of the team managers. Please go to our registration page, enter the password you were given, and complete the form.

For those looking to participate in league matches, additional forms are required for each league. Below, you will find links to the leagues that NWI Eagles FC will be participating in. Completion of these forms is essential to ensure player eligibility and compliance with each respective league’s regulations. Please remember, participation in any league games is contingent upon the submission and approval of these forms. Without them, you will not be permitted to participate in matches.
